flow rates up to 200 liters per minute (12 Nm3/h) and hydrogen gas purity is
99.9996%, the system can deliver hydrogen at pressures up to 7 kg/cm2g (100
psig) and oxygen gas at pressures up to 5 kg/cm2 gauge (70 psig) and oxygen
gas product flow is half of hydrogen gas capacity.
